I had my hair done by Stepney and it's the best I have ever looked. I was going to Lucy and don't get me wrong but she was in La La Land. She cut my hair well but her skills in blow drying and placement with foils were poor. I haven't looked this good in a very very long time. Stepneys placement with her foils are spot on. So happy!!!! Perfect cut, color blowdry. And I'm not because my sister works there. That doesn't matter to me. I would tell the truth, know matter what. P.S and the most important thing Stepney listens.
