Just a FYI-I was getting a pedicure from Jamie and another nail tech sat her mother in the chair next to me. She was getting ready to give her mother a pedicure. The mother said something to the nail tech and the nail tech responded rudely for her to sit there and let her do the pedicure. She looked at another client and said, “I can talk to her like that, she is my Mother!”. I thought this was very rude coming from the nail tech. Wouldn’t you think she would treat her mother better? I felt very uncomfortable and very embarrassed for her mother. I love this salon and felt this was not becoming of the salon that is so dedicated to the customers.
