I find it quite interesting that I always get a survey after my visit. But When I was there a couple of weeks ago when the salon had no warm water, I didn't get the survey send. I asked the receptionist if there was a discount because there was only cold water at the time I was there, but she said nobody else had complained, I am the only one and she does not know anything about cold water! Even the woman who washed my hair apologized over and over,as did my hair dresser. So there was no apology or discount. That was very disappointing especially as I am a customer at the salon for a very long time. I was at the salon already when it still was called Natalie's on US 41.
