First of all, thank you for your service and follow-up. I have only been to your salon twice previously to my last visit. I had a new hairdresser for me on these two occasions who had been recommended to me by a friend who worked out very well for me, but who was not available to me for my last visit as she was away on sick leave I believe. I was consequently given another stylist who was new to me and when I informed her that I usually was assisted by someone else, proceeded to cut my hair dry which was not clean and when I asked her about it she said that it didn’t appear dirty and therefore didn’t need it. She did offer to wash it if I preferred, but she had already styled it woutout the wash so I just let it go rather than have her style it again after asking it. I was not very happy therefore with her lack of professionalism. The reception did however refund the price of the wash from my final bill. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I was informed of a recent price increase when I last checked out, but that’s not a price increase, that’s price gouging. My costs went up approximately 60%, that is absolutely ridiculous. Can’t have returning clients be hit with an increase like that. If new customers come in and that’s the current price, thats understandable, but for a man’s cut and color to go from $67 to $105, that’s just not right. Unfortunately I will not be a regular at your Salon, one I liked in the past, but unfortunately not any longer for those prices.

The last time I had my hair trimmed and & blown dried I was charged $30 and this time just a month or so later I was charged $40. My hair is all one length just at my chin so I don't even need layers. Why did the charge go up 25%??
