Alex Auna is always a wonderful, personal, comfortable experience. You’re always greeted with a smile and they call you by name! I’ve never once had to wait for my stylist at any of my appts.which is so important when you have a million things to do and short on time. Their scheduling process is run like clockwork. The atmosphere is happy, friendly, bright, and high energy. It’s obvious that Natalie treats her employees like family. They all get along so well and it’s refreshing to be surrounded by friendly women without gossiping or negative attitude!! As for my hair… I ALWAYS love my hair when I walk out of this salon. I Recently, I tried to let my gray hair grow out…. I thought I was ready( not an easy decision) Jeanne & crew were supportive, honest, and gave great advice (and therapy). Turns out, I was NOT ready and I turned back to brunette. If it weren’t for Jeanne, Natalie, and the girls at the salon cheering me on, I’d be a very unhappy woman with gray hair!! These women are experts at color, highlights, and styles! I’ve tried salons all over Sarasota… Spa Alex Auna is, hands down, the best. Affordable pricing for their services is the icing on the cake!! Top of the line hair products, too! Not to mention, a mini boutique inside is an added treat!
