I'm sure I'm not alone in saying that Spa AlexAuna is a pure DELIGHT! Professional service, pleasant and clean surroundings and a well trained staff make the salon superior in every way. Anyone I've ever referred to Natalie's salon is more than happy with anything they have asked to have done, calling it a HIDDEN GEM.

Natalie and the Spa AlexAuna staff are so personable and friendly. The atmosphere is professional, warm and inviting. I had a brow wax and a haircut /blow dry and the service was excellent.

My stylist is a joy and someone I have grown to know and the reason I go to this salon! Some perks for the price I think we should be offered something besides water or soda to drink a glass of wine would be nice to add to the experience! Sometimes I have experienced water temperature issues at the salon hope this has been resolved! While I am sure the shampoo assistants are not paid much I do tip them IF they have a good customer service welcoming style some do not say a word… while they are good being taught to care about the customer can be a challenge! Overall a great team at Spa Alex Auna and Connie is a breath of fresh air! Keep up the hard work! cheers Kim
