I found the salon to be dirty. It doesn't appear as though the owners care about cleanliness. I felt like I was in an old building. Felt messy and dirty.

I appreciate the time that you took to write your review and apologize for the salon not being clean. Yes, we have been there for 15 years but are actually scheduling some updates and renovations to take place soon. In the mean time, we will do a better job of cleaning. Very busy, as usual. The stylists did their very best, but it looked liked they could use a receptionist. The indoor play equipment is so helpful when waiting...it is starting to show it's age though-there is a crack with duct tape on the plexiglass bubble.

Make sure to take a photo of what style you want. I did not and now my child has a very short cut. I asked before and during the cut to just trim but the stylist really didn't understand. Now my kiddo has a cut I am dissatisfied with. They pretty much cut every child's hair the same. Not worth the price of admission if you don't get a good outcome. I won't be going back to this salon.

I booked a first time hair cut appointment and the staff person who cut my child's hair didn't even check our appointment status. She did not collect a locket of hair to keep or take her picture. She sprayed my daughter's head with a water bottle to wet her hair and completely freaked her out, then told me to calm her. It was all a mess.
