She made my sons hair look absolutely ridiculous. I had to take him as well to get it fixed. I have more than just the one picture provided with this survey. His hair was done by the same stylist as my other son Jaxson. She was rude the entire tume and would not listen when i tried to tell her how he wanted it cut. She blew me off when i did try. It looked completely botched and unprofessional. I want a full refund. I spent almost $60 there and had to turn around and spend another $40 just to fix how they absolutely messed up the haircuts for both of my boys. I bought merchandise with the haircuts. I want the $40 i paid for the haircuts back. It was an overall bad experience and ive been here before with no problems previously. This time was just flat out horrible. I will not be returning ever again.

Asked the stylist not to cut bangs straight across and leave it long in the back. Stylist did the opposite and cut the back very short and bangs straight across. Disappointed that I spent money to have my baby look worse than before we came in. Our first 2 haircuts here were a good experience so this may be an isolated incident but we will not be returning. I can screw up my baby's hair myself for free.

The price on the corporate website showed baby’s first haircut as $7. I told the associate who said of the corporate site has the prices incorrect. I feel that the website price should have been honored in this case. The salon was full of chaos and very unorganized.

The place was slammed and it seemed like they were just rushing thru to get everyone in and out. I asked for my child's hair to be cut, not buzzed. Well she buzzed it. It's actually the shortest it has been all summer. She didn't have a clue as to what she was doing or what she was talking about. I've never been so unhappy at this place. Probably won't be going back until they get some real professionals in there

My sons hair has patches in it and looked botched. I had to leave there and get his hair fixed by someone else. I want a refund! The stylist hardly listened to what i was asking of her and was incredibly rude.
