My three year old is terrified of getting his hair cut. The ladies at the Hilliard location are so kind, understanding and patient. We will not take him anywhere else to get his hair cut!

My son pitches fits when he gets his hair cut. This was the first place we've been to where they are understanding of my two year old. They talked sweetly to him and made him feel comfortable. They were extremely nice, and the set up is awesome!!! We will definitely be going back! Thanks for a great experience.

Pros: Everything! Nice location. Can easily book an appointment online. Clean shop. Very friendly staff. Very experienced staff. Staff works well with children with sensory issues. Fun for the kids. Lots of things for the little ones to do while they get their haircut. Cons: I didn't take my kids there sooner. My son is 2.5. He has always hated having his haircut. He would have fits and cry every time. His last cut my husband and I had to pretty much restrain him to even get the haircut finished. (Not the fault of the stylist at all). He has sensory issues so a haircut is a difficult time for him and myself and my husband. I left our last cut almost in tears. We would wait until his hair grew so long it was in his eyes before we would have it cut again. The stylist we had been using moved locations so we decided to try Cookie Cutters. I am so thankful we did! It's was like we took a totally different child. He loved sitting in the airplane while he had his haircut. Marla was AMAZING with him! She had the patience of an angel! She really kept him entertained with her sensory toys and gave him a great cut! He didn't even whimper one time!! I can not tell you how impressed I am with this place! I almost cried tears of joy after his haircut! I know, it sounds dramatic, but getting his haircut was that traumatic. I will 100% recommend Cookie Cutters to anyone looking for a place to have their child's haircut!
