Cotty was horrible. My son has had his hair cut at this location a number of times and has been doing great. I had booked an appointment with another stylist and she was out-- Cotty had cut my son's hair on a couple previous appoinments and we never had a positive experience. Thought we'd give it another try and it was a nightmare. He has done great with haircuts the last few times with other stylists. She has no business working with small children. She doesn't know how to talk to them, she was rough with him as far as holding his head still, and when I told her we needed to wrap things up (he was crying uncontrollably at this point) she snapped at me. I should have gone with my gut when she called his name and refused to let her near my son.

Haircutter did a nice job and our grandchild was very cooperative, due to something appropriate for him to watch on the screen.

I made an appointment for 4pm and 4:20pm. Not sure if it was over booking or taking walk ins first but my first appointment wasn't started until 4:30.

The woman who cut his hair was very aggressive, grabbing my sons face to turn it toward the tv and pulling on his hair hard enough that he was literally trying to lean away. She cut it way shorter than we would have liked and tried to explain why even though we started the conversation with me saying we like to leave his hair longer because it’s curky and we just need a trim. I have never felt so uncomfortable. We have been coming to this location for 3 years and had wonderful service with Wendy but after today I will not be taking any of my children to this location. I literally left in tears while I was paying. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough.
