We have three kids and have been going to Hilliard OH cookie cutters for years! I called this morning around 9 am and left a message for someone to please call me back to schedule two kid hair cut appointments for our sons Liam & Colin today. I went online to do scheduling and could only get an appointment time for one child. I tried three different times to schedule two appointments today for both boys and the website would just not let me do it. With one appointment scheduled but being a loyal customer I went today hoping I could get a second appointment for both boys today. I walked in and explained all of this to the receptionist and she was so mean and so rude to me. She never called me back from my morning voicemail and offered no solution for my online scheduling problems. She told me she could get one of my son’s hair cut done but could not gurantee the other and to sign in for one appointment only at 12:20pm but write “walk in” for my second son. Luckily the hairdressers there are AMAZING!!! And the super nice, kind and wonderful woman who has been cutting both of our boys sons hair for a long time and knows us- was able to cut both boys hair with a friendly attitude! We are so thankful for her!! When I checked out the receptionist would not make eye contact with me, barked “cash or credit” to me. I paid, and told her thank you and “have a good day!” I instructed my kids to say thank you and we left. I talked to my kids about breing kind to others even when people aren’t kind to us. Thank goodness for your wonderful & professional hairdressers!!
