Wendy did a wonderful job on Ben's haircut as usual. I forgot my punch card and asked for another one and the girl at the desk said you were getting rid of that system and were switching to an app. I explained that I don't have a smart phone and she said maybe now is a good time to get one. I explained that I don't want one. it would be nice if you could continue the old system for those of us who won't be able to partake in the app. Or why don't you guys keep track of our visits and you can give us rewards using your own computer system.

Haircut was great. Gal doing cut was the only person in the salon so she was answering the phone as well. Doesn’t seem like best service for stylist to leave child and answer phone. I realize people expect phone to be answered but that should not be done by an active stylist.

My boys love going to Wendy! She does a great job and you can tell that she truly cares about all of her clients.

Wendy is awesome! She’s always friendly and makes sure my kids are happy with their haircuts before we leave.

I cannot thank Wendy enough for the kindness she showed my son today. He had a terrible experience elsewhere and was very scared. She managed to get his hair cut with hardly any tears. She was extremely patient and kind with him and took the time to make him feel comfortable. I am so happy to have found her!

Jolene was amazingly fast and gave my 3yo a nice haircut based on his hair type and what we said we usually like! All the girls there have been very good with him, but Jolene was so fast and nice i will deff ask for her for future appointments!
