The play area needs cleaned badly. The steps are filthy with dirt and hair, it's really gross.

I am so sorry that you found the play set dirty today. We do clean it several times a week but the snow, salt and mud have made it very challenging lately. I have notified the salon manager and they will be sure to do a very thorough cleaning on Monday and then keep more on top of it. I do appreciate you bringing it to our attention. I used the online booking system and got a confirmation we were down with Wendy at 5:40. We got there and that was not the case. I had to send my husband the confirmation. This is not Wendy’s fault snd she did squeeze him in which I’m sure that was difficult. I always liked using the online system but that looks like it’s not a good idea for me to do that in the future.

The facility was very nice and the staff was welcoming and kind. However I was very disappointed with my sons first haircut. I said I wanted it trimmed and that I wanted to keep his curls in the back. His hair is very short and all the curls are gone. The haircut is also very choppy and uneven. He was not happy during his haircut and wiggly but I assumed that someone who regularly cuts kids hair would be used to this and be able to still do an even cut. I was very upset with how his first haircut turned out and will likely not return.
