My only issue with our visit is that all the toys in the toys machine are very small and potentially a choking hazard to all the small children that come into Cookie Cutters.

The play area needs cleaned badly. The steps are filthy with dirt and hair, it's really gross.

I am so sorry that you found the play set dirty today. We do clean it several times a week but the snow, salt and mud have made it very challenging lately. I have notified the salon manager and they will be sure to do a very thorough cleaning on Monday and then keep more on top of it. I do appreciate you bringing it to our attention. I used the online booking system and got a confirmation we were down with Wendy at 5:40. We got there and that was not the case. I had to send my husband the confirmation. This is not Wendy’s fault snd she did squeeze him in which I’m sure that was difficult. I always liked using the online system but that looks like it’s not a good idea for me to do that in the future.
