I am very displeased with the haircut my son received. I gave specific instructions as to what I wanted & it DID NOT look anything like I requested. His hair was uneven (one side cut higher than the other) & way shorter than I had instructed. This is the worst experience we have had at Cookie Cutters.

We've been coming for 6 years. Wendy is fantastic and can count on her to do a great job everytime.I did schedule on line and requested her. My confirmation email confirmed that I had requested her, but the staff said they didnt have that info. They were able to work my son in with her. Hopefully the glitch can be found in the scheduler. My recent experience with my daughters hair leaves me nervous to schedule with anyone else but Wendy. Perhaps you can display some info about the stylists that would help parents choose a stylist. It seems there are new faces all the time. I would encourage you to not take walk ins. The environment is stressful (we come afterschool) for me as I see many people and the stylists stress about trying to accomodate people in a schedule they say is already full during this time. This has happenend the last 3 times we've been there. Its time to update the decor and thats the other reason for the low score above. My kids love coming, so I hope these thought will help with what you are looking to learn.
