The stylist was coughing everywhere, and seemed like she did not know what she was doing. The receptionist was very friendly and outgoing.

We had an appointment and had to wait over 20 minutes. All the while there is a show up late policy that if you are 7 minutes late they will give your appointment away. We arrived well before our appointment time which added to the 20 minute lateness by another 5 minutes. The policy should work both ways. Especially when young children are involved

We were greeted and taken back right away. Wendy is fantastic, giving both my kids wonderful haircuts. I love the coupons you send out and print in publications- they keep me coming back!

The stylist who serviced my older son, seemed to be hesitant about how to cut my son's hair. It was as though she was scared to make a mistake. I rely on an experienced stylist to guide the process. I got so frustrated with telling her how short to cut his hair, that I gave up and just left. She did too. She ended up giving the scissors to another stylist to cut his hair a little shorter. The stylist who cut my youngest son's hair was superb!
