Wendy was amazing! She did a great job cutting and styling my son's hair. Her interaction with him was great and very helpful! This location is a little run down looking at times, but that would be THE only thing I would change. Staff is courteous and we've always had a good experience.

My son pitches fits when he gets his hair cut. This was the first place we've been to where they are understanding of my two year old. They talked sweetly to him and made him feel comfortable. They were extremely nice, and the set up is awesome!!! We will definitely be going back! Thanks for a great experience.

They were friendly but I specifically said we wanted a hard part showed a picture of a hard part asked if she could do it because if not we would ask someone else. She assured us she could complete the look we wanted. So to our surprise when she was finished my son walked out with a fohawk? Now what part of hard part and picture did she not understand? I totally get you won't get the exact look that you see in a picture but she didn't even attempt to do what we wanted she just did her own style? For this reason I will never go back. I'll take my son to a barber and get the look we asked for.

We are very familiar with the "hard part" as it is very popular right now so I have no explanation for what could have gone wrong with your request. I have spoken to the manager, Wendy, and she will be contacting you today in hopes of having you bring your son back in. All of our haircuts are guaranteed for 2 weeks so we would really like to make this right. It is our goal to make very customer very happy and clearly we did not accomplish this goal.
