The visit was fast! The haircut nicely done! Fee was very reasonable! Our 3 1/2 year old son wasn't ready to leave.

Make sure to take a photo of what style you want. I did not and now my child has a very short cut. I asked before and during the cut to just trim but the stylist really didn't understand. Now my kiddo has a cut I am dissatisfied with. They pretty much cut every child's hair the same. Not worth the price of admission if you don't get a good outcome. I won't be going back to this salon.

When I selected appointment online I was able to pick certain stylists. There are two really good stylists that do great work, so I picked those two women specifically. But when I arrived, one of the stylists I picked wasn't even scheduled to work that day so I got some random other stylist. Why have the option to pick a stylist on a specific day and time if that stylist won't even be in the salon for your appointment? Very irritating.

I loved the stylist! She was amazing! However, the receptionist did not greet me when I walked in the door she was on the phone. When the phone call was over she did not even acknowledge me at the counter. She never even said anything to me. The hairstylist welcomed me a call me over when it was my sons appointment. My son is two, he had a toddler melt down over a toy the hairstylist had let him play with. I was by myself struggling. The stylist tried to help. The same receptionist who again, didn't greet me when I came to the counter to pay (as I dealing with a toddler tantrum) she was short, rude, and refused to help even hold the credit card slip as it's rolling around the counter. I was one armed at this time, the entire salon is now looking at my son throw a toddler tantrum. I signed the best I could. The reciptionist says, "ma'am you have to sign this". With no offering help. I mean at least hold the paper, ask for me to come back in from the car to sign, something. I've made the decision to even write this review so that maybe another mother doesn't have to go through what I did Saturday. I was embarrassed, and stressed. It's not her job to help with the kids. That's a parents job. But at least greet all the people who walk in, and are standing at the counter. No
