Overall I enjoyed our visit and I enjoy every visit. Typically they hair cutter seems to truly enjoy kids and are very warm and welcoming. I have had moat hair cutters out baby powder on his neck and brush the hair out of his face. They help me decide on 2, 3, or 4 on sides and length on the top. This time it felt like maybe she was slightly annoyed by me and my questions. And she didn't give him a Token or baby powder. She did great and was overall ok but not as amazing as we normally feel. I also get emails for the coupons so when they have the total I said does that include the $2 off special and she said you never showed anything to me so no and made me pull it up. While I understand wanting to see it I just thought because I gwtvthe email blast and made the appointment online it may have been noted with his account or something. I just felt slightly taken back when she said no you never showed me anything... that happened to me every time there's an email blast with a coupon- seems there may be a better approach to that or maybe I can be asked?

Great service!! My son loves coming here. The facility itself is starting to look shabby with some of the extras being out of order for extended periods. The ladies there are great though! Never had a bad experience.

Thanks for your review, We have added new chairs are in the process of getting the Chicken machine fixed, finding parts for them has proved to be a very long process.

I’m disappointed that your company raised your prices and changed your loyalty program. I’m paying more and getting less. We’re there at least once a month between my 2 children. I think I’ll be looking elsewhere soon.

Thank you for being a loyal customer and we appreciate your business. We make the decision to raise prices with much hesitation and sensitivity and have only increased the prices a total of $3 in the 15 years that we have been in business. The increase has been necessary due to increased costs for the lease and the pay raises to our stylists. Our new loyalty program actually gives the same discount as our old but it is just given in larger sums and less frequently. Both of your children can use the same loyalty account and you will accumulate the 100 points and get the $5 off after they have each had their haircut just 3 times. I'm so impressed with the stylist's! Cutting a toddlers hair is not an easy task and they make it look so easy. They definitely have a ton of patience.
