We enjoy the atmosphere. However, I feel like the cost is pretty high especially when you have multiple children. I am not sure if we will continue to come back because it is almost $50 for just two hair cuts.

Thank you for telling us about your experience at Cookie Cutters today. I am sorry that you do not feel that the services are worth the price. The stylists that we employ are well trained and paid well because of their professional abilities to work with the children. Is it possible that you were charged incorrectly? Our haircuts are $16 each so that is no where near the $50 that you mention. Even if you add a $3 tip per cut, it is still less than $40. When I selected appointment online I was able to pick certain stylists. There are two really good stylists that do great work, so I picked those two women specifically. But when I arrived, one of the stylists I picked wasn't even scheduled to work that day so I got some random other stylist. Why have the option to pick a stylist on a specific day and time if that stylist won't even be in the salon for your appointment? Very irritating.

I am very sorry for this mix-up. The online system is supposed to only show you who is available on which days. I am sorry that it did not work properly. The facility is extremely dirty and dusty. We like the stylist who cuts our son's hair, but I cringe every time he touches the play equipment or seats he sits in due to how dirty they are. I wipe him down with sanitization wipes before I allow him in his carseat-definitely recommend a good cleaning to be completed in your facility.

I booked a first time hair cut appointment and the staff person who cut my child's hair didn't even check our appointment status. She did not collect a locket of hair to keep or take her picture. She sprayed my daughter's head with a water bottle to wet her hair and completely freaked her out, then told me to calm her. It was all a mess.

Make sure to take a photo of what style you want. I did not and now my child has a very short cut. I asked before and during the cut to just trim but the stylist really didn't understand. Now my kiddo has a cut I am dissatisfied with. They pretty much cut every child's hair the same. Not worth the price of admission if you don't get a good outcome. I won't be going back to this salon.
