She made my sons hair look absolutely ridiculous. I had to take him as well to get it fixed. I have more than just the one picture provided with this survey. His hair was done by the same stylist as my other son Jaxson. She was rude the entire tume and would not listen when i tried to tell her how he wanted it cut. She blew me off when i did try. It looked completely botched and unprofessional. I want a full refund. I spent almost $60 there and had to turn around and spend another $40 just to fix how they absolutely messed up the haircuts for both of my boys. I bought merchandise with the haircuts. I want the $40 i paid for the haircuts back. It was an overall bad experience and ive been here before with no problems previously. This time was just flat out horrible. I will not be returning ever again.

Terrible job! Asked for her hair to be trimmed and the lady cut about 2 inches off. Very unprofessional people working at this time. We probably won't be back until they can get some decent professionals working

we came on time for our appointment and waited for 20 minutes to have his haircut. At the end of the day, $16 to look like my son didn't even have a haircut is a rip off. We will not be back.

Cotty was horrible. My son has had his hair cut at this location a number of times and has been doing great. I had booked an appointment with another stylist and she was out-- Cotty had cut my son's hair on a couple previous appoinments and we never had a positive experience. Thought we'd give it another try and it was a nightmare. He has done great with haircuts the last few times with other stylists. She has no business working with small children. She doesn't know how to talk to them, she was rough with him as far as holding his head still, and when I told her we needed to wrap things up (he was crying uncontrollably at this point) she snapped at me. I should have gone with my gut when she called his name and refused to let her near my son.

I wont return again since I was quoted one price then charged another when checking out after specifically asking again when I checked in. Also had to wait after my appointment time.
