My son had an awesome experience with his first hair cut, and this was at the DAYTON location, not the Beavercreek. We were not treated very well at that location and after being refused service because we were 4 mins late (they had called me at his appointment time and knew I was a few minutes behind due to construction and stated our stylist was ready and never mentioned the possibility of being seen) I decided I would not return to that location and go out of my way to go out by the Dayton Mall. . I’m glad I did!
