The stylist tonite used a pick on her hair and while it was knitted she was not gentle with her. She did not use detangler or one of the knot genies on her even though she complained. She is as nit nearly as personable with her as the other stylists. She made several remarks about the way her hair was cut but the other stylist really did a good job. I do know she has been cutting hair for 19 years because she said that several times. I am not sure who it was but I would rather not have her again.
