We showed up a few minutes late by a few I mean 8-10 minutes. I have two boys one booked for 545 & 6. The girl said she was booked up the rest of the night and had no time to fit my second son in. Which I understand we were a few minutes late, but I explained we live 45 minutes away and got caught by a train, also the roads are not great after the snow storm. I’ve always had wonderful service from there so I was very upset. But said nothing. If they were busy and had no time I would understand, I’m not asking to take someone else’s appointment time. She cut my first sons hair the appointment ended at 6:10, we left my husband went into smoothie kind and we didn’t leave the parking lot until 630 and there was not a soul in there. The two girls were standing around on there phones. Very unpleased with our visit today. Never have I had someone be so unprofessional and lazy. That’s why the young people get a bad reputation because of young folk who don’t have any work ethic or empathy. Do better.

It was not much good experience with hair cut

Unvaccinated stylists should not be in close proximity to the clients, children who are unable to be vaccinated, without a mask. My stylist did not even have a mask and would not say whether or not she was vaccinated. To her credit, she wore a disposable one I had with me. The salon was dirty. The seats that said they had been sanitized were dirty and covered with hair. The seats in the waiting area were covered in hair. The stylist did a good job on my son, but she barely did anything with my daughter’s hair. My daughter had a first time cut, so I bought the package. $30 for a certificate and 4 or 5 snips is not a good value. I have been going to CC for a long time, since my 7 year old son’s first cut....but I don’t think I’ll be returning.

I asked for a faded faux hawk. Got a faux hawk sure but the sides bad back were all one length. I said it was fine because honestly I don’t believe she had it in her to blend and if that’s the case just say so and I’ll wait for another stylist.

We schedule with a young lady named who goes by Shay. I explained to her my son's haircut type and she had to unless the assistance of a different person who is cut his hair before which I had no problem with after asking her what she comfortable to complete the haircut. After asking her that question she had an attitude. I had explained pretty thoroughly particularly about my son's sideburns and she cut them completely off. Thereafter I did ask for anyone else to complete the haircut. She was very unprofessional and nearly refused to give me her name. Needless to say I am not pleased.

I felt like the girl had no idea what she was doing. My daughter has curly hair and she left looking like she just woke up and rolled out of bed.
