We have been frequent visitors to Cookie Cutters for many years - always receiving excellent service from Raquel who is very patient and kind with our grandson. Raquel has been on maternity leave this summer and it was time for the little guy's back to school haircut so we had the pleasure of meeting Cache. She did a fabulous job - she was very engaging with him in conversation and her expert hands quickly shaped his unruly mop back into a fashionable do. Thank you Cache! We always make it a point to book appointments online - by the business having this option available , our visit is always quick and convenient.

The woman cutting my sons hair was so incredibly kind and patient with him. Even when he cried, she kept trying to make him smile and trust her.

Whatever you do, do not let Taylor cut your child's hair. She asked me how I would like it cut and I explained how our normal person (Melissa, who switched locations)cuts it. There are notes in the system but she didn't review them. She then told me we should just cut his cowlick short and I said I wanted it longer so the hair won't stick up. She cut it her way because it was most likely easier. She cut his bang area like a bowl cut. My son also has a cowlick up front and naturally curly hair. It needed texturized but she was the plain lazy type. Melissa would take the time to cut his curly hair properly. Looks like we will be driving to wherever Melissa is.

Love coming here. Great staff and location. Alysha did an awesome job... really listened. Salon it self could use a refresher of paint etc.

Our stylist was amazing! My son is usually very timid, shakes, and cries a lot still with the clippers. She suggested a new method that made it seem like a little game of tapping instead of tickles and he did great! His hair is WAY better looking than past cuts too. She was amazing! Thank you!!

My little one hates getting his haircut and cries most of the time. Today he didn’t! All the girls were so sweet and kind to us! Thank you for making it a great experience! :)
