One staff member was on the phone the whole time. Only one hair stylist working and waiting 15 for my scheduled appt. Staff was not friendly.

I love Sherri and she does an amazing job. I made an appt. for 11:15 and sat there for 35 minutes. What's the point in making an appt? The last two times I made an appt and both times someone overbook! It's ridiculous! So I do believe from now on I will make an appt. elsewhere. I love Sherri but it's not fun when you have to wait 35 minutes with a four year old.

Our stylist was Rachel, she was very nice and did a good job with the cut. The lady at the front counter didn't greet us, seemed like she had no idea was what going on, wasn't exactly rude but definitely wasn't welcoming or inviting or overly friendly.

We love our stylist Raquel and the work that she does, but we felt that we were treated unfairly during our last visit. We arrived for our appointment with Raquel 10 minutes early, and as the stylist called our name, a walk-in came in *after* us and requested our stylist. The staff chose to let the walk-in push ahead of us even though our son had already sat in the chair. So the walk-in took our stylist, and by the time she got to us it was 10-15 minutes after our scheduled appointment time. What’s the point of booking appointments online if they let walk-ins line jump anyway? As much as we have always liked the finished product from this particular stylist, we will likely not be back due to poor management of appointments and walk-ins (not just this experience, we always have some sort of issue that leads to an hour-long experience for a 10-minute boy’s cut.)

the two stylists were told of how my son hated hair cuts. the manager still had the new stylists proceed with his cut. she was slower and very timid compared to others. I wish the manager would of handled our haircut instead of the new person.

I was disappointed that I scheduled an appointment with a specific stylist but did not get my stylist of choice. The stylist who did my son’s haircut appeared inexperienced, lacked confidence, and a simple boys cut looked more difficult for her than it has for anyone else we’ve had at Cookie Cutters. This is generally why I select a stylist. Why make an appointment if the details aren’t going to be honored?
