Whatever you do, do not let Taylor cut your child's hair. She asked me how I would like it cut and I explained how our normal person (Melissa, who switched locations)cuts it. There are notes in the system but she didn't review them. She then told me we should just cut his cowlick short and I said I wanted it longer so the hair won't stick up. She cut it her way because it was most likely easier. She cut his bang area like a bowl cut. My son also has a cowlick up front and naturally curly hair. It needed texturized but she was the plain lazy type. Melissa would take the time to cut his curly hair properly. Looks like we will be driving to wherever Melissa is.

More emphasis being placed on rushing to get through cut instead of taking a moment to comfort/fix the issue of hair clippings bothering a child's eyes. Stop the cut and wipe their face please, then they are more apt to sit still while you finish.

The receptionist was very rude! I stopped coming to cookie cutters for a while due to bad experiences. And today was no different . Staff is unprofessional and just not friendly or curtious

We normally live cookie cutters but this stylist just wasn’t very good. She was impatient, gave the wrong cut, and was a little rude. Well just stick with the stylists we know next time.

I said I wanted spikes on my son and she chopped his entire hair off. I will not be coming here again because they don't follow directions on what I wanted. First and last time going.

I made a 1:30 appointment on the APP and when we got there was told our appt was not in system so we had to come back at 2. The place smelled like dirty diaper and staff not overly friendly. I showed the person that cut my hair the email of my confirmation and she just said it could have need their internet which they say is having issues. The internet was down when we were there in August as well. Will not be back.
