We were not told how long a wait would be, and no “professional instruction” as mentioned above? I’m not sure that applied though for this visit. One thing I noticed was the EXCESSIVE amount of hair clippings on all surfaces. The floor is understandable - but every surface, nook and cranny of those kids vehicles were absolutely covered in hair. The stylist also used the same gown as she did with the first child - not sure if this is policy but this is a huge hygiene concern!! We only go here because it is the closest salon that offers cuts for little ones. Please, please clean the place!!

My sons hair cut was the worst one yet. I've had some pretty bad experiences and I always say, oh his hair will grow back. This time the "bangs" weren't even straight when she asked how his hair looked. Around his ears are not even and the layering isn't the same all the way around.

Raquel usually does an awesome job but this visit was a disaster, as far as the quality of haircut. I did notice she was in pain, possibly had something to do with it, nonetheless, she probably should not be cutting hair if in that much pain.

I was very disappointed with this visit. I try and make an appt because I have small children and don't want to have to make them wait. I called today, at 1:30pm, to make an appt. with Ashley. She had an opening at 4:30pm. When I got there they told us they had sent her home because they were slow. I feel this is unprofessional. I would have liked a phone call, during that 3 hour window, to have had the opportunity to reschedule my son's appointment. You have had a lot of turn over at this location in the three years I have been a client. Some ladies have done a great job cutting my children's hair, but some have done a not so great job. I am familiar with Ashley's work and I wanted her to cut my son's hair.

I walked in for my sons 9:15 appointment at 9:08 after sitting in my car for several moments because the shop sign still said closed. As I was signing in the stylist that I was scheduled with took back another child. Needless today we weren’t seated for my son’s haircut until 9:25 when we had planned ahead and took the time to make an appointment.

We have had numerous bad experiences with haircuts for a toddler. I booked an appointment with the one person who does a really good job and she was running late today. There were still three people ahead of us at our online scheduled appointment time so we opted to let someone else cut our sons hair which was a bad idea.
