At Cookie Cutters Haircuts for Kids children get to enjoy more than the typical salon booster seat. They get to choose their favorite fantasy car to sit in during their haircut and each station has a wide selection of kids’ shows. If this doesn’t make their haircut experience happy, our stylists are equipped with bubbles, suckers and balloons to put your child at ease through the entire haircut experience.
We strive to make the haircut experience, whether it is their first or their 15th, a fun and memorable one. Haircuts are painless, literally, and we want them to be the same, figuratively, for parents and their children. Comment
We got to our appointment 10 mins early given the strict arrival policy. We then waited for 10 mins for someone to 'sign us in'. And then we did not have the haircut start until 30 mins later. That is too long for children to wait patiently. We should of received a discount and they didn't even apologize. A lot of effort goes into coordinating schedules with children so would appreciate more timeliness with appointments or management of customer service.
