At Cookie Cutters Haircuts for Kids children get to enjoy more than the typical salon booster seat. They get to choose their favorite fantasy car to sit in during their haircut and each station has a wide selection of kids’ shows. If this doesn’t make their haircut experience happy, our stylists are equipped with bubbles, suckers and balloons to put your child at ease through the entire haircut experience.


We strive to make the haircut experience, whether it is their first or their 15th, a fun and memorable one. Haircuts are painless, literally, and we want them to be the same, figuratively, for parents and their children. We had to wait over a half hour, even though we had an appointment and others who came in after us were seated first. The receptionist was also unavailable most of the time on her phone.

We were not seen until 20-30 minutes after our appointment time and there was no apology. We requested a bang trim but the stylist did a full cut. No offer to charge the lesser fee. We really like the salon but this was a disappointing visit.

I really wish I could give a higher rating. The stylists were absolutely fantastic, but the receptionist was a bit rude and didn’t really seem to know what she was doing. As a result, my experience was a mixed bag and overall a bit mediocre.

I am sorry that you had a mixed visit at Cookie Cutters today. The young ladies who are the receptionists are brand new and started this weekend. They are still learning the point of sale system and managing our clients at the normal Cookie Cutters standards. I am sure they were not intentionally rude but were likely focused on the task of getting you checked in or out in a crrect and timely manner. Both of them are high school students and are eager to make a good impression. I will provide appropriate feedback to both of them to help them get better. I appreciate your input and we appreciate your business.
