They get to choose their favorite fantasy car to sit in during their haircut and each station has a wide selection of kids’ shows. If this doesn’t make their haircut experience happy, our stylists are equipped with bubbles, suckers and balloons to put your child at ease through the entire haircut experience.
We strive to make the haircut experience, whether it is their first or their 15th, a fun and memorable one. Haircuts are painless, literally, and we want them to be the same, figuratively, for parents and their children. We had been to this Cookie Cutters once before and loved it. The environment is lovely, and the first time we went, we had a short wait and a fantastic haircut. MY son enjoyed playing on the play set. But this time, we arrived to our appointment on time, were checked in, and then waited for 20 minutes. At that point, the woman who had checked us in had disappeared and there was just one woman left who was doing another child's hair. She told us that she was going to be busy for another hour and then she would be off so she wouldn't be able to cut our son's hair and we were going to have to reschedule our appointment. We didn't understand why we were checked in in the first place and had been waiting for so long if our appointment was just going to be canceled. Not to mention that we had driven 40 minutes to get there and had woken our son from his nap in the car. We had to find the manager in the back who said she could fit us in before her next appointment in 10 minutes. She rushed and the haircut wasn't that great, but at least it was done.
