My son’s haircut was choppy and uneven like it had been cut with dull scissors. She cut his bangs short and straight across his forehead so he gets to walk around looking like Lloyd Christmas for a couple weeks.

The hair wash station has been closed for over 6 months. It needs to be fixed.

Not what I was expecting. The quality of one of my son's haircuts was terrible (and it was not a difficult haircut - he sat there and was well behaved the entire time). Our other son had lots of trouble with his haircut - there was little advice about how to make it easier. Overall a subpar experience - we won't be returning.

I made an appointment for yesterday morning at 9:30. Packed up my grandson and drove over, arriving early at 9:15. The lights were out and the shop was closed. A sign on the door said "open at 10." We walked around and checked back at 9:30, 9:45, 10:00, and even 10:15. Lights were still out and shop was closed, so we drove home. :( (It's not easy to pack up a 2-year-old!) Made another appointment for today at 10:30, and this time had a great experience.

Employee sounded a little rude cause my child wanted to grab a balloon saying it’s was only for the kids having a haircut , I honestly have not heard this before when we’ve been to this location many times since both my kids started having haircuts , I don’t know if I’ll be back to this location , she told my 5 year old In a rude way that only balloons for kids with haircuts , this is honestly a big deal for a simple balloon but whatever .
