At Cookie Cutters Haircuts for Kids children get to enjoy more than the typical salon booster seat. They get to choose their favorite fantasy car to sit in during their haircut and each station has a wide selection of kids’ shows. If this doesn’t make their haircut experience happy, our stylists are equipped with bubbles, suckers and balloons to put your child at ease through the entire haircut experience.
We strive to make the haircut experience, whether it is their first or their 15th, a fun and memorable one. Haircuts are painless, literally, and we want them to be the same, figuratively, for parents and their children. We had a great experience.. once we were back in the chair!! Super friendly stylist that delivered an excellent cut for my little man. Smooth and easy process. However, we were never greeted when we walked in. Which we understand that everyone was busy with cuts but a simple “hi, take a seat and we will be with you as soon as we can” would have been nice. We stood at the front desk for ~7 minutes waiting to check in but eventually just sat down when no one addressed us. Even when one of the stylists finished their cut they came to the front desk and when we got up to go check in, they walked away and went to the back and then came out and said the still busy stylist would take us next. We were fine waiting and were VERY VERY happy with the stylist that took care us. I just think the welcoming and getting checked in could have been a little better.
