I made an online appointment for my son for 4:15pm. I received an email confirmation for 4:15pm. My son is 14 months old so I did not want to spend a lot of time in the waiting area. We arrived 10 minutes before our appointment. The person that checked me in was not the person that was scheduled to cut my son’s hair. She stated that the computer is showing that our appointment is at 4:30pm. I attempted to show her my email confirmation and explain that what she had was not accurate. She was very dismissive and rude. She didn’t bother to look at my email confirmation and walked away from me mid sentence. She asked the person who was scheduled to cut my son’s hair if she loved appointments around and asked her to deal with me. The person scheduled to cut my son’s hair didn’t have a response. I drove 90 minutes to the closest Cookie Cutter to get my son’s hair done so I wasn’t going to leave. We waited a total of 30 minutes before our turn. I would have accepted the situation if someone had apologized for the mix up but no one did. Instead they were rude and dismissive and offered no explanation. I will not be coming back.

Unlike other visits that we have made to this salon, this time the hairdresser that cut my son's hair did quite unsatisfactory work. It all started when she made a comments about not knowing how the clippers worked. She did manage to clip his hair fine, though had to be asked to taper the hair in places. On the portion of the scissor cut, the hair was cut unevenly in several spots. Really, once I realized how poorly it was cut, i would have returned to have it fixed, but had no time for this. I shouldn't have to. I thought that the level of expertise and care from one hairdresser to another in the salon were always fairly well matched, but this time it was subpar. If I cannot guarantee a certain level of quality for a haircut, I don't think I can return.

My son’s haircut was choppy and uneven like it had been cut with dull scissors. She cut his bangs short and straight across his forehead so he gets to walk around looking like Lloyd Christmas for a couple weeks.

My sons hair looked like he cut it himself and not a professional. I am livid.

Was very excited for my child's hair cut but the hair stylist was not super happy to be there it seemed. Would hardly give me any advice on what would look best for my child. They did the job well and was nice to my child just wasn’t in the best of moods it seemed.

Our appointment was at 2:30 and we weren’t taken back until 3:15 or after. After being contained for 45 minutes my toddler started to grow cranky from the wait. This did not make for a good start to an already anxious experience of getting a first hair cut. They didn’t have the package with the picture as their picture machine was down. And no one came to apologize for the wait after I waiting for so long. I had to ask when we would be up. The hair stylist was patient and kind and that was the only nice thing about the experience. I won’t be back because unfortunately long waits with a small child is not ideal.
