I expected for the hairstylist to have a little more patience with my 2 year old. It was her first time getting a trim.. stylist had a rude tone.. definitely made me feel uncomfortable..

Good afternoon. I am sorry to hear that you were not entirely happy with your experience at Cookie Cutters. We strive to make the experience a positive one, even in this age of coronavirus and the limits it puts on the staff. Myleca, the stylist who worked with your daughter, is an excellent stylist and routinely receives high marks from her clients. However, she does have a very dominant personality and her love of children does nto always come acoss because she is not as "playful" as some of our other stylists. Were you satisfied with the haircut? If not, let me know an we can have another stylist do a repair, free of charge. I suggest that the next time you want to bring her in, you should schedule with either Morgan or Brittani. They hav great personlities and good interactions with the kids. When we entered we arrived early to our appointment. The poor girl was there all by herself and there were several appointments scheduled 15 min apart. We ended up waiting 20 minutes after our appointment to finally sit down for our haircut. When my daughter wanted another inch off the hairdresser explained she couldn’t because there were people waiting and the haircut is not cheap so I explained that we had waited and we should be able to get what we needed done but her hands were tied as she had no other help and didn’t want anyone else to wait. However as a paying customer this was frustrating since we spent over an hour at the location and left with things just okay. She did a good job with the haircut and was incredibly respectful but the poor girl had no room to breathe in between appointments. It isn’t fair to her or the paying customers. She needs another person there to pick up when she is behind or just going a normal haircut that takes longer than 15 minutes.

The salon was dirty. Hair everywhere. I have questions about how the staff were cleaning their tools after each child. You need a receptionist. Let your hairdressers cut hair.

I was pretty disappointed with everything overall. It was my daughters birthday and first time ever getting her haircut. I picked this place specifically because it is for children. From the moment we walked in the atmosphere was dreary and unwelcoming. She hardly said a word to my daughter to put her at ease and didn’t seem to enjoy working with kids at all. she did a decent hair cut and gave me some tips on how to do my daughters hair. Definitely will not be back.

This review is for Brittany. We had our 3.5 year old son's haircut. She didn't even greet us. She did not cut my son's hair cleanly on the sides(back of the ears) and when we requested to please cut them a bit more cleaner, she made my son sit on the chair and very rudely told us that this is how it's going to be and rudely put the clipper back on the table. Didn't even care to ask us if we liked the haircut or not. We have had many haircuts for our boy at your location and everytime we have got very neat and clean cuts. But this time Brittany(who we didn't know about) was so rude. After the haircut, my son kept crying for the balloon but she ignored him and took another client. She didn't even say goodbye or anything.Thanks to another haircutter, she gave him the balloon which made my son calm down. This made me sad.

You’d think that at a hair salon for kids that the stylists might be kid friendly. On one visit we had a kind and great stylist. I’ve returned 2 other times and have not received kind, timely, or even stylists that cut as requested. It’s just like a machine with little/no customer friendliness. disappointing:( the stylist barely spoke and didn’t ask any questions about the picture I showed her as an idea for the cut. Left with an uneven, too short cut, and I was happy to just get my child out of the seat vs. ask her to do anything else.
