Our appointment was at 2:30 and we weren’t taken back until 3:15 or after. After being contained for 45 minutes my toddler started to grow cranky from the wait. This did not make for a good start to an already anxious experience of getting a first hair cut. They didn’t have the package with the picture as their picture machine was down. And no one came to apologize for the wait after I waiting for so long. I had to ask when we would be up. The hair stylist was patient and kind and that was the only nice thing about the experience. I won’t be back because unfortunately long waits with a small child is not ideal.

We had been to this Cookie Cutters once before and loved it. The environment is lovely, and the first time we went, we had a short wait and a fantastic haircut. MY son enjoyed playing on the play set. But this time, we arrived to our appointment on time, were checked in, and then waited for 20 minutes. At that point, the woman who had checked us in had disappeared and there was just one woman left who was doing another child's hair. She told us that she was going to be busy for another hour and then she would be off so she wouldn't be able to cut our son's hair and we were going to have to reschedule our appointment. We didn't understand why we were checked in in the first place and had been waiting for so long if our appointment was just going to be canceled. Not to mention that we had driven 40 minutes to get there and had woken our son from his nap in the car. We had to find the manager in the back who said she could fit us in before her next appointment in 10 minutes. She rushed and the haircut wasn't that great, but at least it was done.

Great experience, as always. We had Sonya, who was wonderful with my very anxious 2 yr old. Will definitely return.

Sonya was so sweet and considerate of my little boy and how he felt. She made sure she explained everything to him and made getting the haircut a very positive experience. My son left feeling like the bravest and most handsome guy in the world. She is so awesome!

Tomia is a blessing! She has patience with my son, is kind to us, and even when she's the only one working for days -- she's professional & kind. We come to Cookie-cutter FOR HER!

My 2 year old did NOT want his hair cut and was very upset at the beginning of the appointment. The hairdresser was so patient and gentle with him and really went above and beyond to get the cut done.
