Stylist was great! Did a wonderful job! No complaints! Only thing I would say I would change is the pricing. My sons head is super small, as he is 9 months old, and his haircut costs more than his father’s! But overall it was an awesome experience.

We brought our baby for her first hair cut experience, and our stylist barely said two words to her when we put her in the seat. In fact, she seemed annoyed that we asked her to remove some hair that we saw in and around the seat. Then, she didn't speak to the baby at all the whole time as she was screaming and crying hysterically. The hair cut itself was good, but we came to this place because it seemed kid friendly, but that was the last thing I noticed. Our baby was doing ok at first, but if the stylist had at least made some type of interaction with her, she might not have been scared.

Luke has had several haircuts now with the same stylist (I apologize that I don't recall her name at the moment!!). She is attentive, efficient and a very talented stylist. I noticed that she recalled Luke's previous haircut details, and also noticed that she seemed to be making sure that the other stylists were on top of things (asking them to quickly sweep after a client left, making sure my other child's stylist was aware we were waiting. Everyone was very pleasant and friendly, and we were in and out so quickly - that's the best part as we had a long list of errands to run and this only took about 25 minutes start to finish for two haircuts, checkout and balloons!
