My son does great here; the environment and staff are always kind and patient. The stylists always check while cutting to make sure I’m okay with it. He loves all the different chairs and balloons; it really helps him feel comfortable during the haircut to walk in and come into a friendly place.

Everything was wonderful from the phone call to book the appt., to the waves goodbye and thank you's. I love bringing my child to cookie cutters, dhe always looks forward to it, and I will continue to recommend them!

I arrived 8 minutes late for our appointment (the address doesn't link up to the map app on my phone, and sent me all the way to Fayetteville st. I called and a nice, patient person directed me where to go). Then we waited 30 minutes for the haircut, which was a long time with a 3 year old and a one year old right before dinnertime. Someone who walked in after us was seen before us, for some unexplained reason. I almost walked out but I needed to get my son's hair cut. The haircut was fine, and quick once it started. I think I annoyed the hair cutter by touching my son's hair before she was finished with the cut, and I was reprimanded.
