We strive to make the haircut experience, whether it is their first or their 15th, a fun and memorable one. Haircuts are painless, literally, and we want them to be the same, figuratively, for parents and their children. I was pretty disappointed with everything overall. It was my daughters birthday and first time ever getting her haircut. I picked this place specifically because it is for children. From the moment we walked in the atmosphere was dreary and unwelcoming. She hardly said a word to my daughter to put her at ease and didn’t seem to enjoy working with kids at all. she did a decent hair cut and gave me some tips on how to do my daughters hair. Definitely will not be back.

The salon was dirty. Hair everywhere. I have questions about how the staff were cleaning their tools after each child. You need a receptionist. Let your hairdressers cut hair.

I expected for the hairstylist to have a little more patience with my 2 year old. It was her first time getting a trim.. stylist had a rude tone.. definitely made me feel uncomfortable..

Good afternoon. I am sorry to hear that you were not entirely happy with your experience at Cookie Cutters. We strive to make the experience a positive one, even in this age of coronavirus and the limits it puts on the staff. Myleca, the stylist who worked with your daughter, is an excellent stylist and routinely receives high marks from her clients. However, she does have a very dominant personality and her love of children does nto always come acoss because she is not as "playful" as some of our other stylists. Were you satisfied with the haircut? If not, let me know an we can have another stylist do a repair, free of charge. I suggest that the next time you want to bring her in, you should schedule with either Morgan or Brittani. They hav great personlities and good interactions with the kids. Let me know so I can make a note in your file. Thank you for the feedback because it helps us get better with all of our clients. Have a good evening and we hope to see you again.

Our appointment was at 2:30 and we weren’t taken back until 3:15 or after. After being contained for 45 minutes my toddler started to grow cranky from the wait. This did not make for a good start to an already anxious experience of getting a first hair cut. They didn’t have the package with the picture as their picture machine was down. And no one came to apologize for the wait after I waiting for so long. I had to ask when we would be up. The hair stylist was patient and kind and that was the only nice thing about the experience. I won’t be back because unfortunately long waits with a small child is not ideal.

Was very excited for my child's hair cut but the hair stylist was not super happy to be there it seemed. Would hardly give me any advice on what would look best for my child. They did the job well and was nice to my child just wasn’t in the best of moods it seemed.

Thank you for the review and the comments. I am sorry that your stylist was not outwardly cheerful but we all have bad days and sometime it is hard to hide . I am happy that she gave a good haircut and care foor your child and that you were pleased with the result. When you return hopefully the stylist will be more engaging and cheerful.
