WOW! First time here and had the best experience from the second we walked in! Ryan was exceptional with talking to my son as the client and engaging him from the very beginning. Not to mention the cut was top notch! There was another stylist there as well that was also very engaging. My expectations were more than met. Stetson and myself will be going back to Ryan in 4 weeks :)

My only complaint is the noise level. They have tv's at each station for the kids, but the volume is too low for anyone to really hear much. I imagine if it was turned up the noise in the entire salon could get crazy but its still kind of annoying.

Oh I'm so sorry about the volume on the tvs. When kids play the games on them they are so much louder for some reason and they get turned down. I'll make sure my stylists' are checking on that for the future. Thanks again! Hope to see you soon!

We feel like the stylist (I believe his name was Ryan) didn't listen to us... I requested he leave the length on top but texture it and he cut off more than 1/2 the length... This will make it hard for us to style. The time before this we ended up with Ryan, as well, and he did a poor job on my other son's hair. I will be sure to request NOT to have Ryan as the stylist in the future. I'm sure he is a great stylist but he needs to know to listen to the parent's requests. Thank you!

Ashley is wonderful and I always make my son's appointments with her. She is professional, efficient and friendly. The environment is clean, nice and kid friendly, which is the most important. My son really loves going for haircuts, believe it or not. Thank you!
