My experience was very pleasant. At check out after having color and a cut, I saw a red tint to my hair and dislike that very much. The colorist had left earlier and I did not get to see her at check out. I did tell the receptionist upfront (very sweet girl) that I don't like red and wished the colorist hadn't left. She was so nice and reassured me the work is 100% guaranteed and if I wasn't happy they'd make it right. I left knowing, they are professional. I walked out into the sunlight and saw the reflection of my hair and saw absolutely no red tint and my color was beautiful! My husband pulled up to pick me up and commented as soon as I got in the car, "that is a super nice color!" I called immediately and told the receptionist I was sure it was the indoor lighting and that I was happy with it! Again, she said if you decide otherwise, let us know. They are super friendly and are true professionals.
