I have been coming here for 9 years and to walk in and be informed that after paying $190 for color that if I want my hair blow dried it will be $40’extra dollars. Not only is this an outrageous price for a blow out after paying for my color, but the overall lack of customer service and professionalism that I was not told when I called and booked the appointment speaks volumes to the greedyness of the ownership. To be notified by my stylist who is obviously mortified that they have to do managements dirty work, again speaks to the u professionalism of the owners. Taking business elsewhere

The environment is very nice however, something has to be done about the windows not having any type of shades. I was in a chair closest to the front and Naser kept turning me to face the sun. It was shining directly on me (was about 6:30 pm) and in my face causing me to squint, get hot, etc. My face was red when I left. I told him his chair was in a terrible spot and I was about to burn up. He didn't seem too concerned. My cut turned out very nice but the total experience wasn't all there.

I love my colorist but, with the recent 25% increase in pricing, I will have to consider not coming in as often or perhaps looking for a different salon. My base (root) color used to cost $80 but now it is $100. I can respect the decisions a business has to make but a price increase like this is bound to have an effect.

Pricing has increased to the point that I've started looking for other salons. I don't want to change, but spending almost $100 for a men's cut (after tip) every 3-4 weeks is extremely high.
