Michael always does such a wonderful job! Best colorist I know. He's a 10. The only negative is that you charge for a blow out after a color. I think it's ridiculous so I leave wet. You really should rethink that. Yes, I'll come back but am I 100% satisfied, nope. People also always look at me weird leaving wet, just to throw that out there. When I leave wet, no one can see the fabulous job your salon did. Food for thought...That is the reason I gave you less than a 10 on value for money of service experience. For that much money, I should get a blow out.

My husband and I have been customers of Aalam for 4 years. My colorist Cassie is really skilled and professional. This comment has nothing to do with the service I am getting. My comment is about age diversity in Aalam. You have great diversity within nationalities which represent your customer base. But your staff is getting younger and younger despite the fact that many of your customers are in their 40s, 50s, and 60s. It also seems that to be a new hire of Aalam, you must be in your early 20s. There must be skilled technicians in their 40s, 50s and 60s who want to work at Aalam. Your customers such as myself would like to see reflections of themselves working as stylists. You don't have to be in your 20s to have nice hair color, a fresh cut and a updated look. Think about hiring skilled colorists and stylists who have some years of experience in their 40s, 50s and 60s. It sends the right signal to your customers. Thanks for your consideration. Barbara

I love this salon. The only thing I would change is because the cost is quite high I think when you get your hair colored and you are not going to get a cut then the blowout should be complimentary. No one wants to leave the salon with wet hair. It should be styled appropriately. After all wouldn't you want customers to leave your salon looking fabulous so others would compliment and you would get more business? I dont understand this.

The online promotion changes too often so often I book a day of the week when I believe qualifies for the 10% off existing client promo only to realize that the days have changed. Thx

Lovely salon, I have been here many times and love both my the young man who colors my hair as well as my stylist Tina. They use high quality products, and are very reliable on staying within your appointment time. Very good reminder system via email for your appointments. Priced a bit higher than normal, but well worth it for the quality and expertise you receive from them.
