I was really disappointed how we were treated. It was not our first time there. But we had a lady who has what i think is the fire truck at the end by the hair sink .As soon as we sat down my son cried and she immediately said we should come back some other time. She was frustrated with my son and offered unwanted advice. For furture customers please avoid the employee at the end with the fire truck by the hair washing station

We really appreciated all the services catered toward the children. We took our son for his first haircut, and he loved playing with the bubbles and watching Baby Shark while getting his haircut. Thank you for making him feel special and comfortable!!

Very pleased. Maria is consistent and responsive to our requests— clean up the sides, top not too short, etc. Can’t help the crying children, however it is difficult for others to hear. Clean, on time, appointments are a must!!
