We arrived early and waiting is expected. Instead of the girl having help cleaning up another girl was just sitting in the back. This girl was to cut my oldest son hair and seamed to be upset we disturbed her.

We didn’t have our prepaid card with us so we couldn’t utilize that which is fine, but no one said it was cash only until after the haircut. That’s really inconvenient and should have been brought up before the service started.

Made an appointment and arrived on time but had to wait almost 40 mins before we were taken care of and not because they were busy. The hairdresser that we had our appointment with went to the back after completing the client before us and didn’t come back out for at least 35 mins while we waited with an impatient toddler.

Love Olivia that’s cut Sons hair. But other lady Yesterday was rude and not kid friendly. Place is a little to small.

I have brought Wyatt into cookie cutters twice before this last visit and have had great experiences. This last time was not great at all. The stylist Maria was rushing so quickly through the process. Did not take the time to make my little one feel comfortable or ask us if we would like to watch something else to help keep him calm. I showed her a picture of the last time we got it cut and she quickly grabbed the clippers and started shaving his hair. It was way too short than I wanted. The clippers made Wyatt even more scared and he started crying and freaking out even more. She left his hair horribly uneven and I am going to have to shave it all down to make it even close to even. I understand having babies that don’t cooperate during haircuts and it being difficult but I was extremely unhappy with the whole experience I feel she could have don’t a lot more to help deescalate the situation.

I showed the picture of what I wanted and I kept saying not any shorter but she kept cutting shorter. In the end I just said to leave it as is because I don’t think she understood what I was saying or what I wanted.
