Employee when they first open are rude, I went to the door at 10:56 4 mins before they open (didn't realize it wasn't 11). Lady rudely said they open in 5 mins if you are going be that way lock the door for 4 mins. I didn't make a fuss over it cause they was going be cutting my child's hair. Clearly they don't go in prior to opening to get set up. I like the person who cut my son's, but there is plenty of hair services around that isn't rude about 4 mins

My son only being 1 does not love getting his hair cut does sit still, sadly the hair cut he received was uneven and just a mess. I had to take him to a professional barber and get it fixed. This was his second hair cut from this salon and the first one was great but I am very disappointed in what was done to my sons hair. We will not be back to cookie cutters.

We chose cookies cutters because of the great reviews and pictures online. Our experience was very different, the place was dirty, hair was everywhere, the chairs were full of clumps of hair. The fantasy chairs as well as the regular chair seemed to be missing bolts or they were very lose, the seats we very wobbly and scared my child. We tried the lightning mcqueen seat which had all of the stickers and decals peeled off so it was basically a red car with remnants of stickers all over it, the seat and floorboard was full of hair from the last several clients. There were no bubbles blowing like their website said, the play area looked like it hadn't been wiped down in months, everything just looked grimey. We were really hoping to have a good experience for my child with autism but this just wasn't a fit for us.
