Front desk lady had her nose in her phone the entire time. I was standing by the counter to pay for a good 2 minutes before she even noticed i was ready to check out. Was on her phone literally the entire time. Did not even put it down once Stylist was great.

Xiomara is the best! We traveled 3 1/2 hours for her to do coopers hair because no one can do it like her!

The salon could use a facelift - new equipment and a coat of paint. But the staff were friendly and my 1.5 year old (getting her first haircut) didn’t care if the car chairs were new or worn. She just wanted to sit in the “voom voom”! I was very impressed with how they managed to do a straight haircut on a wiggly kid. My kiddo loved “driving” the car chair and didn’t want to get out. The first haircut certificate is also a great memory item now! If they upgraded some of the older equipment with faded stickers and did a new coat of paint, it would be 5/5 stars. Just because it’s a bit run down inside, 4/5 stars. That being said, we will go back because again, the biggest thing is that the kiddo loved it and she got a great cut!

Music playing over the speakers had explicit lyrics. I don't take my kids to a salon designed for children so they can listen to music with the f-word in it.

So I had an appointment for a specific time and when I arrived she took another client first. Not sure who was behind or if multiple are scheduled for the same time. But we arrived on time. No one said to give them a min. Or that they were running behind. Outside of that I also think it could be cleaned better in between clients. Offer the staff more materials to clean their stations in between!! Kids cry. Hair get everywhere. Appointment are back to back. But cleanliness matters. Outside of those. We loooooooooooove coming here. Danielle and Olivia is whom we’ve had experience with. Their both so patient kind. And Danielle is so informative. Definitely our go to! We hope to continue to come here. N we love the package price!!!! Thank you
