Y’all are a kids and baby hair cutting salon, y’all should employee more friendly and kid loving people. Also having one person work the whole place alone is a terrible idea, you could tell she didn’t enjoy her job. She also didn’t even take the time to ask what we wanted before she started cutting. I will never visit one of your stores again and will be sure to tell everyone I know not to either.

I think it's rude to discuss scheduling during my daughter's haircut. Stylist was not paying attention to her at all, and the two employees were trying to figure out next week's schedule while my daughter was in the middle of getting her hair cut. That conversation could have waited. No professionalism here and we won't be back. Could have paid $10 less and received better service at the salon I go to.

The workers at the Cookie Cutters in Friendswood are rude, not kid friendly, rough, rushing through haircuts, very rough and not a good kid experience. We’ve been multiple times trying to find a good fit with someone specific. But we won’t be back. They’ve all been the same. I’ve seen one employee hold a child down while he was screaming. It was so disturbing to watch. The workers are not friendly at all. We’ll never be back here. If I owned this business and knew my employees were representing my company in this way, I’d reevaluate my employee selections and process for hiring.
