Comment
The service is mediocre. The hair cuts are ok but I wouldn’t consider them professional quality. It always feels like I’m inconveniencing the employees when I show up. The building is only moderately clean. This time (covid I guess 🤷🏼♀️) my kids didn’t even get to pick the chair they wanted to sit in which is one of their favorite things about the place. Their other favorite is watching a show. The options were set only to YouTube with a search of “baby shark”. In the past we were able to choose from Netflix/amazon type options. This time the stylist didn’t even seem to want to offer a new show to the kids. We keep going back because my kids like the place, but it’s not great.
