I really don’t like that hair is all over the shop. In the little comic chairs, floor, napkins on counter, etc....This really ruins the experience for me... considering it is $20 for a kid cut (which is the running rate) I just expect the shop to value cleanliness. I have been to a couple other children shops and I do not see hair everywhere. Cleanliness should be a priority especially since children put their hands in their mouth constantly. I will say the prior visit I had the lady I believe her name was Yoana had her station very clean...I was grateful for that.

The online booking tool allowed me to schedule all three of my kids’ appointments simultaneously, however once we arrive only one stylist was onsite. We had to wait for a walk-in to finish before our appointment. The facility was not clean. The stylist, while friendly, was not overly helpful with suggestions for my daughters’ haircuts, and was only going to take about half an inch off my daughters nearly waist length hair, until I asked her to take off significantly more. The product display was nearly empty, and in disarray, prices on items weren’t marked and she was unable to tell me how much things were. The phone rang many times unanswered, because the stylist working was the only person at the salon. Almost every station had hair on the floor, some quite obviously from multiple people. Now that we’ve tried it, we probably won’t be returning.

I've visited here several times with my children. My complaint is that when I've booked an appointment here over the past few months, I've still had to wait 30 minutes or more before my child was actually seen. I understand the first time , but since then it hasn't gotten better. I'm not sure if the issue is time management of staff or allowing too many appointments at the same time, but be prepared to wait. (Not always easy with a toddler) I'm not sure what the point is of having an appointment if you still have to wait an extended period of time.

Not very clean. Outdated. Over priced for a simple trim. Website promised wet hair down and blow dry with a simple style. We gone non of that. Quick trim then out the door. Other salons have always done a cute hairstyle with a hair clip. Which is what we thought we would get and the reason I drove so far to this location.

The cut was done quickly and it is sloppy. I have no training in cutting hair, but was able to improve upon it when I got home.
