The entire salon was very dirty and could use a deep cleaning.

The enviroment was fantastic and the haircut was great! I got the feeling that the staff where à bit bored and unhappy whit there proffession. An extra smile and Joyful conversation with the kids is worth a lot:)

We had to wait 30 minutes passed our appointment. They were severely understaffed with it being the day before school starts in our district. Our stylist was on the phone while she was cutting my sons hair. That’s not acceptable. She also corrected his speech and told him to say yes ma’am instead of just yes to ME…his mother. She was a nice lady and the hair cuts were ok but I make appointments so I don’t have to sit for 30 minutes when I get there. She needed more help or to schedule her appointments for longer blocks than 15 minutes.

You have a great concept with the kid friendly amenities, but your staff is very rude and services are overpriced.

The service is mediocre. The hair cuts are ok but I wouldn’t consider them professional quality. It always feels like I’m inconveniencing the employees when I show up. The building is only moderately clean. This time (covid I guess 🤷🏼‍♀️) my kids didn’t even get to pick the chair they wanted to sit in which is one of their favorite things about the place. Their other favorite is watching a show. The options were set only to YouTube with a search of “baby shark”. In the past we were able to choose from Netflix/amazon type options. This time the stylist didn’t even seem to want to offer a new show to the kids. We keep going back because my kids like the place, but it’s not great.
